A Neighbourhood Plan for Horndean

Horndean has now been designated as a Neighbourhood Planning Area by both East Hants District Council and the South Downs National Park.  One of the first tasks to tackle in 2026 will be updating of the Village Design Statement, which contains much valuable material, is still referred to by incoming developers, but is now over a quarter of a century old.
